Cost Savings
TPG has twenty years of comprehensive expertise in all areas of packaging and its cost effective design, specification, application and global Supplier sourcing. We have developed a bank of unique materials and Supplier Data Bases, Cost Evaluation Software Programmes - PAKSIS.
PAKSIS
PAKSIS allows TPG to undertake complex material cost analysis and technical comparisons by pack component size, weight, material area, conversion and manufacturing factors. This process may be used to identify overlaps, cost savings and benchmarks.
CAD, Prototyping and Sampling
We produce design prototypes for initial assessment, sample for test purposes and CAD drawings for Supplier transfer. This ensures correct specification and manufacture where ever packaging is to be produced.
Graphic Design
We design graphic solutions from original concepts to branding extensions and transfer these to artwork ready print standards. Sample packs may be digitally printed to be used for market, consumer and customer sell in.
Supplier/Converter Data Bases
The PAKSIS Programmes also support a world wide data base of Packaging Suppliers. These may be used to locate Suppliers within a geographical area and with a known manufacturing capability, particularly the Far East.
Technical Legislation
TPG is familiar with the specific symbol, labelling, Country and text requirements for medical, pharmaceutical, chemical and food packaging.
