  • Initial Contact

    • Discussion to determine if TPG can provide the improvements wanted. This may include a review of current packaging and operations, the product range / new products or technical issue
    • Objective is to establish the overall viability and time frame for the Project and the content of a subsequent Proposal. NDA’s are exchanged with the Client

  • Project Proposal

    • This sets out the targets, the planned change routes or design outlines, with timescales, fees and terms of reference
  • Project

    • It’s TPG’s role to take the planned changes / development through to an agreed cut off point or implementation
    • Changes are measured for their cost reduction, performance and quality. This is likely to involve sampling, tests, pilot trials etc
    • All changes lead to new specifications and / or a Packaging Manual which is provided to the Client
    • The Client will approve these changes as they are progressed. IP resulting from a Project is assigned to the Client
